This Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") explains how paid InterviewBoom subscriptions are purchased, renewed, cancelled, and refunded. It applies to purchases made directly through InterviewBoom.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. If it conflicts with the Terms, this Policy controls only for subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived always take precedence.
Before you subscribe, checkout will display:
The information shown immediately before payment forms part of your order. If it differs from a general description elsewhere on the website, the checkout information applies to that purchase.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, a paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By confirming the subscription, you authorise InterviewBoom and its payment provider to charge the disclosed subscription price and applicable taxes to your selected payment method for each billing period.
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually based on the original subscription date or another renewal date shown in your account. Processing dates may vary slightly because of weekends, holidays, or payment-provider delays.
Available payment methods and the payment provider are shown at checkout. InterviewBoom does not store your full card number or CVV/CVC. We may retain transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, payment method type, and information required for subscription administration, accounting, security, and fraud prevention.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment network may impose conversion or other fees. Those fees are not charged by InterviewBoom and are governed by your agreement with that provider.
Where a trial or promotional price is offered, checkout will state its duration, eligibility conditions, the first billing date, and the price that applies afterwards. Unless you cancel before that period ends, the subscription converts to the disclosed paid plan and continues to renew automatically.
Where disclosed and permitted by law, we may limit a trial or promotion to one per person, account, household, or payment method. Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated promotional access may result in cancellation of the promotion.
You may cancel before the next billing date through the subscription-management feature available in your account. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, email billing@interviewboom.com from the address associated with your account.
Unless checkout or mandatory law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain premium access until that date, and no new renewal charge will be initiated afterwards. Deleting your account may not cancel an active subscription, so cancel the subscription first.
We will provide an electronic confirmation after cancellation is completed. Keep it for your records.
A full or partial refund may be available when:
Service-availability refunds are assessed using the duration and scope of the issue, the affected features, and whether the subscription remained substantially usable.
Unless mandatory law or the purchase terms require otherwise, we do not automatically refund:
You may still submit a request. We will review the timing, account usage, circumstances, purchase terms, and applicable law.
Consumers in Ukraine, the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and some other jurisdictions may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, commonly within 14 days. The precise period, procedure, exceptions, and financial consequences depend on applicable law and whether the digital service has already begun.
Where required, we will separately ask whether you want premium access to begin immediately during a withdrawal period and will provide the legally required acknowledgement. Starting the service may affect the amount refundable or the right of withdrawal only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Consumers in the United States may have additional cancellation, automatic-renewal, and refund rights under federal or state law. Nothing in this Policy limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
If a recurring payment fails, we may request an updated payment method, retry the charge where permitted, temporarily restrict premium features, or end the subscription. We do not impose an undisclosed failed-payment penalty.
Report a duplicate, incorrect, or potentially unauthorised charge promptly to billing@interviewboom.com. If payment credentials may be compromised, also contact your bank or payment provider immediately.
A price change does not apply retroactively to an already paid period. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of the new price and effective date. You may cancel before it takes effect. If applicable law requires express consent to the new price, we will not charge it without that consent.
Email billing@interviewboom.com from the address associated with your account and include:
We aim to review a complete request within five business days. We may request additional information needed to verify the payment or assess the request.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. We will initiate the refund promptly after approval, but the time it takes to appear depends on the bank and payment provider. We will not request your password or full payment-card credentials to process a refund.
Contacting us first may resolve a billing problem faster, but this Policy does not restrict any right to contact your bank or dispute a charge. Fraudulent refund requests, fabricated evidence, or promotion abuse may result in rejection of the request and action under the Terms.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to subscriptions, payment providers, operations, or law. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated in advance where required. A change will not retroactively remove a refund right that already arose under purchase terms or mandatory law.
